spooooooky

 

as usual, it was a wild, spooky, fun-filled night. dylan scoffed at my suggested to be something cute and fun like buzz lightyear or scooby doo. we told him as long as there was no blood and gore…..and this is what he chose

for the past couple of years sean has walked around with him, but he requested I go with him this year. thank GOD it wasn’t raining….it was chilly, but not raining. it was really fun! we started off in a big group of adults and kids, but soon dylan and ethan (next door), were just running from house to house, were just too fast and we left everyone in the dust.

our neighborhood is so much fun at halloween. kids everywhere, people really do their houses up….ethan was scared to walk up to a couple of them the decorations were so amazing…..and thank goodness for good weather!

and tonight dylan took most of his candy to a dentist in town who pays $1/lb for the candy. he matches the money he pays out and gives it children’s hospital and sends the candy to the troops. dylan is happier to have the money to spend than the candy to eat! Lord knows it’s better for me!

and now we are on to making christmas lists and thanksgiving menus!
