Fireworks & Fun

we always look forward to the july 4th weekend in our neighborhood. most everyone stays around and there is a bike parade and a fun bbq at the park complete with tons of activities for the kids. everyone has a great time and this year the weather cooperated and we weren't freezing like last year!
dylan didn't want to decorate his bike for the parade (remember the easter egg hunt post?), but at least he rode in it. fireworks are legal in our little town (amazingly enough!), so a bunch of the guys pitched in and got a bunch. along with one of the dads who had TONS, we had an amazing display. I got a new camera and I think my pictures turned out pretty good!

we had our good friends the maggios over that weekend for a bbq (they are our friends who got us to move to this neighborhood).....good times with good friends
