with my project list…..it feels good to get things accomplished
although I still have many more to do. and I keep reading blogs and stealing borrowing ideas for more and more…..it’s never ending
for example, I just bought material today to make this. let’s hope it doesn’t turn out like my slipcover attempt
speaking of…..last week I bought a new (ok not exactly, you know how much I love Goodwill – but new to us) reading chair for dylan’s room. and guess what I’m going to attempt again, a slipcover….yep, I’m a glutton for punishment. stay tuned.
every day I drool over centsational girl's blog. the projects she chronicles are so inspiring. she recently redid her laundry room and I was drooling. and the wheels started spinning in my mind. I just love the shelf she put over her machines. I showed the picture to Sean and here is mine
we had to put it a little higher than I originally wanted because there is an outlet right in the corner out of the picture. so the shelf sits right above it. but i’m still able to put the big tub of costco detergent in the corner! now I just need to accessorize
on the other side is the sink and a ledge for folding. sean also hung a bar so I can hang clothes from the washer. thanks honey!
